As an internet conference manager this website encompasses features such as online registration, online payment, conference account management, registration and  payment monitoring. Book of Abstracts containing uploaded abstracts and images can be generated automatically in the desired format and file types of .pdf or Word.

In addition, user group communities can be established for conference participants and their associates in de password-protected area of the site.

General functionality:

  • Content Management System to easily maintain the site: This feature allows one to create new pages (number is not limited), edit their content with a Word-like editor, upload images, documents, films, etc.

  • Secured on-line payment for conference registration fee: Participants can pay the conference registration fee on-line chosing from various options, like bank transfer and credit cards.
  • Abstract upload online: Conference participants can upload their abstracts on-line, using the Abstract Upload Form. They can also upload images for their abstract to be included in the book of abstracts.
  • Book of Abstracts: The collection of the uploaded abstracts will be automatically generated into a formatted Book of Abstracts file in .pdf or Word format which can be distributed among the conference participants in printed or electronic format.
  • Membership management with secure registration and login: Users can register on the site, set up their profile (name, address, ...) and login. They can communicate on the site with each other, share documents, discuss issues in a way which is not visible for the general visitors of the site. This feature allows users to build a “conference community” of participants and associates.

ISPAC Conferences decided to use our conference website for organizing their conference series in the future.

As a first step, the content of their old website has been moved to the new site to preserve their online information.

Further, conference registration, abstract submission, hotel reservation, were supported by the online functions of the website.

Our Conference website has been successfully used for organizing the scientific conference AFMBioMed.

In the last conference in August 2011, participants registered, submitted their abstracts and payed their conference fees through this website.

Organizers of the conference managed all aspects of the organization work through the website in an easy way: communication with participants, registration, abstract submission, generation of a nicely formatted, digital version of the BookOfAbstracts automatically.
